71 and 76 squadrons within the UAE AF operate the Mirage 2000-9DAE/9DAD. These squadrons are assigned to the Fighter Wing from Al Dhafra. A third, 86 squadron flies the same type from Al Safran airbase. Most Mirages 2000s, except this 723, carry the Fighter Wing badge on the nose section.
