Delivered to Universair 21 March 1988 to become the first of three aircraft of this spanish airline. Later registered EC-EID and with the same registration went to Air Europa in May 1992. Only six months later was bought by Southwest who operated it for almost 24 years (Last revenue flight 31 March 2016).
