Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TJX in 1968. Leased to Air Jamaica as 6Y-JGC in 1969. Returned to Air Canada as C-FTJX in 1973. To United Aviation Services as N24UA in 1986 and leased to a number of operators. Converted to a DC-8-61(F) freighter in 1988. To American International Airways in 1993. Withdrawn from use at Greenville, MS in 1999 and scrapped in 2003.
