Delivered to United Air Lines as DC-8-11 N8012U in 1959. Converted to a DC-8-12 then to a DC-8-21 in 1965. Traded in to Boeing in 1977. Passed to other owners and converted to a DC-8-21(F) freighter in 1978. To Concord International Airlines as N579JC then to Michigan Peninsula Airlines in 1979.
