Registered as G-BKZS before delivery to Sunbelt Airlines as N913SB in 1983. To Express Airlines in 1985 then to Simmons Airlines in 1986 and to Allegheny Commuter Airlines/US Air Express in 1990. To Shorts as N403SA in 1994 and converted to C-23B+ c/n SH3403. Delivered to the US Army as 93-1319 in 1996. Stored at Fort Sill/Henry Post AAF OK by 2014. To Wallops Island, VA by 2022.
