First flew as N5400V before delivery to Slick Airways as N6937C in 1957. They merged into Airlift International in 1966. To other owners from 1968. Converted to a sprayer in 1973. Stored at Mesa-Falcon Field in 1975. To Save-a-Connie Inc. and flown to Downtown Kansas City Airport, MO in 1986. Painted in TWA colours and restored to airworthy condition. According to Flightaware its last flight was to Downtown Kansas City Airport, MO in 2004. Preserved at the Airline History Museum there.
