Delivered to the US Navy as 91733 in 1944. Stored at Litchfield Park, AZ from 1953. Sold as N9590Z in 1960 and converted to a fire bomber. Sold to the Collings Foundation in 1985. Badly damaged in a forced landing at Grayville, IL on its delivery flight and moved to Kissimmee, FL in 1986. Trucked to Fitchburg, MA for restoration in 1989.
