Ex G-ACSS Grosvenor House, the winner of the speed prize in the 1934 London-Melbourne air race. On its return, the RAF used the aircraft for trials until it was damaged in a landing accident. Rebuilt as G-ACSS, it ultimately found a home with the Shuttleworth Trust. The location of the photo is not known but may be Martlesham, Heath where it was based during the RAF trials.
