It was written off on 17 May 1966 due to an open-nozzle problem and subsequent crash during the emergency landing at Gutersloh Air Base. The damaged aircraft went to MBB as an instructional airframe. It was seen from 1990 at the Manching dump as firepractice aircraft. Later it became a monument in Aich after it was sold in 2002 / Photographer of this K25 slide : Michael Riedesser. This photo was added on 3 September 2024, and has since been viewed 257 times.
