Built in 1964. N6097T, OO-SIM, PH-ALB. Retired already in 1975. Used as ground instructional airframe by schools in The Hague and Hoofddorp, wearing "PH-AFS" and "PH-SKS". Inaugurated as Lelystad Airport gate guard on 30 October 2023, wearing "PH-EdK" in honour of former airport manager Edward de Kruijf, and Lelystad Airport 50th anniversary logo.
