The existing terminal/office building at 3G4 was built in 1972 per a recent news story, and is attached to a row of hangars. In March 2024, the Ashland County Commissioners approved construction of a new $1.5 million terminal building to replace this one. With my thanks to the friendly folks at 3G4 for their hospitality.
