The Bourges was designed to be powered by the ABC Dragonfly but problems with the engines meant F2903, the prototype, made its first flight with Bentley rotaries as the Mk. IIA. The ABC engines were fitted later as seen in this photo. F2903 entered the civil register on July 1919, as G-EACE. It was scrapped in May 1920. The location of this photo is not given but may be Mousehold, where Boulton Paul had its works, or Hendon where the F2903 made its public debut. Photo from: Imperial War Museums
