Built as a C-47B-30-DK with cn duplicated by accident - allocated second cn 33096. Delivered to the USAAF on 20 April 1945, serial 44-76764. To Australia and allocated to the RAAF as A65-95 on 8 May 1945. Allocated callsign 'VHRFL'. Retained post war and served with ARDU 1961-2000. Acquired by HARS and restored to airworthy condition, painted in this representative Second World War RAAF colour scheme.
