Delivered new to Thai Airways International in September 1981 as HS-TGW, later HS-THW, it was acquired by DHL in July 1999 and converted to cargo configuration. Withdrawn from use and flown to Kingman in July 2009, parts have been removed over the years but the aircraft's hulk can still be seen at KIGM on Google Earth imagery date April 2023.
