Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TLK in 1967. Reregistered as C-FTLK in 1978. To Altair Airlines as N902AK in 1982 then to Pacific Southwest Airlines as N706PS in 1983. Reregistered as N912VJ when they merged into USAir in 1988 who were renamed to US Airways in 1997 Withdrawn from use at Mojave, CA in 2001 and scrapped around 2005.
