Delivered to Pacific Southwest Airlines as N946PS in 1983. Reregistered as N822US when they merged into USAir in 1988 who were renamed to US Airways in 1997. Stored as Las Vegas, NV in 2002. To the US Marshalls Service in 2003 then to Jetran Air in 2005 and reregistered as YR-MDK in 2006. To Tend Air in 2011 and reregistered as YR-OTK in 2013 which was never applied.
