Alpha Alpha began her final journey to the Museum of Flight in East Lothian on 4th April 2004, leaving Heathrow for shipping by barge down the Thames and up the coast to Scotland. There was outrage at the time about the way the aircraft was crudely dismantled, but she is displayed in fine static condition now (my pic #525855).
