The painting on the ports side of the plane differs significantly from that on the starboard. Here we have the following motifs: - On the underwing fuel tank we have an inscription referring to the call sign of the 303rd squadron - "dragon" (Dragon is the protector of Mount Haku, which is not far from the Komatsu airbase). - The inscription on the vertical stabilizer is placed against the background of a contour map of the Ishikawa Prefecture. - The sticker near the air intake commemorate 70th anniversary of Japan Air Self Defense.
