Registered to the Ogori Country Club on 26 Feb 1990. Struck a windsock at the Oita Golf Course in Chikuho on 25 Sep 1991 and cancelled from the register on 8 Oct 1991. Placed on display at the Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, then at Seco International at Nagoya Airport (hence the titles), and finally at the Aichi Museum of Flight.
