New with Air India in May 1986, converted to freighter at Dresden in 2008, became 5X-HJI with Shiv Air in March 2011, operated by Services Air which registered the aircraft as 9Q-CVH in March 2013. On 24th December 2015 it overran the wet runway at Mbuji Mayi, DRC on landing and collided with houses.
