Delivered to THY Türk Hava Yolları - Turkish Airlines as TC-JAY in 1973. To BHT - Boğaziçi Hava Taşımacılığı - Bosphorus Air Transport in 1987 then to Federal Express as N68059 in 1990. Converted to a DC-10-10(F) freighter in 1991 then to an MD-10F in 2008. Withdrawn from use at Victorville, CA in 2012. Still there in 2022.
