The CG-4A was first delivered to the Glider Pilot Regiment in 1943 and, although the larger Horsa was preferred, used throughout the remainder of WWII. This exhibit is based around an original CG-4 frame that was obtained by the MoAF from France in 1985. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
