This 707 reportedly flew the last service of this type of aircraft for Lufthansa. It was maintained in a fairly decent condition for years in Hamburg airport, and ended up next to the fire brigade (where the photograph shows it), which is never a good omen: sadly, this beautiful classic Boeing was scrapped afterwards...
