Delivered to TWA as L-1011-1 N31019 in 1974. Converted to an L-1011-50 in 1981. To NEBA - North East Bolivian Airways as 3D-NEG in 2003, World Air Leasing as C5-WAL in 2004 and Flightstar Group as 9Q-CTS in 2005. Sold as N700TS in 2006. Stored at Roswell, NM in 2007. Last flight to Kansas City-Charles B. Wheeler Downtown, MO in 2010 and preserved at the Airline History Museum. Reregistered as N31019 in 2015.
