Sold after withdrawal from Royal Navy in 1970 to Twyford Moors Helicopters in Southampton, then went to the FAAM until acquired by the British Rotorcraft (later Helicopter) Museum in November 1973, registered as G-BRMA on 15 June 1978 and cancelled on 30 March 1989 as permanently withdrawn from use.
