Later re-registered N686TM and on 13th December 2020 it sustained substantial damage when it overshot the touchdown zone during at night landing on a runway contaminated with ice and patchy packed snow at Lake County Airport, Leadville, CO. The aircraft went off the end of the runway and collided with several Runway End Identifier Lights and a tree. The registration was cancelled from the USCAR on 7th November 2022.
