With the collapse of Handley Page Aircraft Ltd in 1970, Terravia Ltd/Jetstream Aircraft Ltd purchased 21 incomplete airframes and roaded them from Radlett to Sywell. Several aircraft were completed before production moved to Leavesden under the auspices of Scottish Aviation.
