This is the last build Avia 14, manufactured in 1960 and test flown by Avia as OK-OZB. Delivered to Air Guinée in June 1960 as 3X-PRG and re-registered to 3X-GPA in 1961. Returned to Czechoslovakia in 1964 and was active for the Czechoslovak Air Force from 1965 till 1985 as 5101.
