Delivered to All Nippon Airways as JA8773 in 1970. To Mid Pacific Airlines as N906TC in 1983. Leased to Fort Worth Air in 1984. They had ceased operations by the time this photo was taken. Returned to Mid Pacific Airlines. Converted to a freighter in 1986. Damaged beyond repair in a forced landing in a field at Remington, IN in 1987 while attempting a stall recovery on a training/test flight.
