Modified to a Pave Phantom F-4D with AN/ARN-92 LORAN-D equipment. Aerial is visible on the top of the fuselage. Used to provide precise night navigational capability in the Vietnam war. Struck off charge in 1988. Preserved at the Pate Museum of Transportation, Cresson, TX. Moved to the Historical Aviation Memorial Museum, Tyler, TX in 2005.
