Taxiing to depart from Runway 13 at Prestwick. Delivered new to TWA in 1968. Joined Atlanta Skylarks in 1983 and was re-registered as N7231T. Transferred to Independent Air in 1984. Written off in a sadly fatal accident on 2 August 1989 when it crashed into high terrain on approach to Santa Maria Airport in the Azores. This photo is copyright © David A.
