Delivered to the US Navy as R4Y-1 141003 in 1955. Redesignated as a C-131F in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1981. Registered to the National Museum of Naval Aviation as N14100 in 1992 but never applied. Sold and moved to the Aircraft Restoration and Marketing yard in 2012. Still there in 2022.
