Delivered to the US Navy as R4Y-2 145963 in 1957. Redesignated as a C-131G in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1984. Sold as N42883 in 1991. Reregistered as N63280 in 1993. To Tulsa Technology Center, Tulsa-Richard Lloyd Jones, OK as a ground trainer in 2000. Reregistered as N221TT in 2005. Gone by Oct 2013. Presumably scrapped.
