F/f 23rd July 1971 and delivered to the Peruvian Air Force as FAP-317 4th Sep 1971. Carried dual registration OB-1161 operating for TANS and was returned to the Air Force Jan 2006. On the 9th March 2012 the aircraft had an accident while landing on water and the aircraft was severely damaged and sunk. The wreckage was bought by Sunshine Airspares and registered N495NS 9th July 2013.
