Delivered to the US Navy as R4Y-1 140997 in 1955. Redesignated as a C-131F in 1962. Withdrawn from use at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1980. Sold to Hamilton Aviation for parts in 1985 dumped in a yard outside the base. and later scrapped.
