Delivered to Lufthansa as CV440-88 D-ACUM in 1957. To Air Algerie as 7T-VAO and converted to a CV640 in 1968. To SMB Stage Line as N866TA in 1984 then to Kitty Hawk Airways in 1990 and Rhoades Aviation in 1999. Withdrawn from use at Columbus Municipal, IN by 2005 and scrapped around 2008.
