This Canberra was built at the Government Aircraft Factory (GAF) in Avalon in 1956. By 1972, it had been converted to do aerial surveying. After it had been wfu in1985, it went back to its birthplace and was placed at the main entrance of the GAF factory at Avalon Airport where it is used for promotional work at the Avalon Airshow.
