Delivered to American Airlines as N5612 in 1962. To Northeast Airlines in 1967 then to APSA as OB-R-925 in 1968. Returned to the lessor as N6846 in 1972 then to Ports of Call as N8357C in 1973. Stored at Marana in 1984 then at Ostend from 1988. Leases to Ciskei International Airways in 1988 and to Seagreen Air Transport in 1990 failed.
