Ex - N4199D. This aircraft crashed on take-off from Gwaenysgor, Flintshire, Wales, on 29th June 1971, and is said to have been parted out at Stockport, Greater Manchester, in December 1975, with the parts parts exported to the Oklahoma City Aircraft Corp. in the USA in 1977.
