This F-104 entered service with MFG1 as VA+153 at Jagel near Schleswig. She was allocated 22+98 in 1968 and flew with this squadron until 1981, whereupon she was transferred to MFG2 at Eggebek with which she served until 1984. After finally ending up as an instructional airframe she arrived at the Aeronauticum museum where she is now on display. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
