Delivered to Air Canada as CF-TLF in 1966. To Texas International Airlines as N5726 in 1968. They merged into Continental Airlines and it was reregistered as N626TX in 1982. Destroyed in a fatal crash on takeoff in a snowstorm from Denver-Stapleton in 1987. An episode of Air Crash Investigation was made about this crash.
