Having serving with the 57th TTW at Nellis AFB, in 1988 this F-15A was transferred to the 4485th TS, 3426th Test Wing here at Eglin, operating with tail code 'AD' then 'OT'. After being retired for preservation at the Armament Museum, it was marked to represent the 33d FW Wing Commander's aircraft.
