This RF-4C flew first with the 460th TRW from Tan Son Nhut AB in Vietnam, then from 1974 with the 67th TRW at Bergstrom AFB, TX. In 1991 transferred to the 163rd TRG at March ARB, CA and a year later to the 3427th Test Squadron at Eglin.
