Had this registration for only three months. Delivered to TWA as N5771T in 1967. To Aer Lingus as EI-BER then to Cargolux/Aero Uruguay as LX-FCV in 1978. Reregistered as CX-BJV in 1979. Back to Cargolux as LX-BJV then to United African Airlines as 5A-DKA in 1981. To Zimex Aviation as 9G-ACY and leased to West Coast Airways in 1982. Back to Zimex and reregistered as 9G-MAN then to Omega Air as N227VV and leased to Florida West Airlines in 1986. To Florida West Airlines as N730FW in 1987, then to Millon Air as N851MA and back to Florida West as N730FW in 1990. Scrapped at Miami in 1995.
