The Anson aircraft, now retired from service with the RCAF, was once the prime trainer of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. In all, there were 2,872 of these planes produced in Canada. One of them remains in the RCAF today at Charter MB, where it is stored in a hangar with other "old-timers" as an historical item. DND photo.
