The wing leading edge high lift devices visible in this photo were involved in the loss of Trident Papa India. About a year after this photo I saw a Trident of another operator start dropping back towards the runway from this position on gear retraction, luckily they recovered and resumed climbing, to the relief of the Tower and the crew themselves, no doubt.
