Stopping for fuel during the World Helicopter Championships. Delivered to the RAF as ZB628 in 1982. Crashed into the Mediterranean Sea off Genoa in bad weather and sank in 1993 while returning to Shawbury from an exercise at Frosinone. Crew were rescued.
