After service with the 457th TFS "Spads", this Phantom went to AMARC with inventory code FP0657 on 10 April 1991. It was moved to BAE Systems, Mojave (CA) on 18 May 2006 and converted to QF-4E (received 82nd ATRS code DD250) and was delivered to Tyndall on 20 March 2006.
