This F/A-18E was after delivery assigned to VX-9 as XE-131, at least up to mid-2010. Then it was transferred to the Naval Air Warfighting Development Centre (pronounced at NAW-DIK). In June 2015 the NAWDC was redesignated into the Naval Air Warfare Center (pronounced as EN-SOCK) and the Rhino was likewise transfereed.
