Delivered to Sabena as CV440-12 OO-SCV in 1956. To Frontier Airlines as N73168 and converted to a CV580 in 1968 then to Seair Alaska Airlines in 1982 and Atlantic Gulf Airlines in 1984. To Kelowna Flightcraft as C-FARO in 1987 then to Air Niagara Express in 1988. Withdrawn from use at Toronto-Pearson in 1997 and scrapped by 2000.
